*The Hello Doctor advice service is free to clients. There is an additional paid for service that offers more than just free advice over the phone, where the doctors can diagnose and treat certain conditions and electronically prescribe certain schedule medications. This is deemed a virtual telehealth consultation and is charged at R278 per consultation and payable by the client using available medical scheme benefits or HealthSaver funds, credit or debit card.
